By creating an account or using Wheels Connect ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users, including professional drivers and vehicle owners.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in Pakistan to use Wheels Connect.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.

Wheels Connect verifies driver documents such as CNIC and driving licence to build trust on the Platform. Submitting forged or misleading documents will result in immediate suspension.

Verification is a trust signal, not a guarantee. Users remain responsible for their own due diligence before entering any arrangement.

Wheels Connect is a neutral marketplace that connects drivers with vehicle owners. We are not a party to any employment, hiring or service agreement made between users.

Any salary, benefits, schedules or other terms are agreed directly between the driver and the vehicle owner.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including posting false information, harassing other users, attempting to bypass verification, or using the service for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.

Where paid features are offered, fees are shown before purchase. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a service has been delivered.

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Wheels Connect is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from arrangements made between users.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
