Terms of Service

WheelsConnect360 is a marketplace that connects people who want to rent a car with rental businesses and individual car owners. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

We are the platform: the rental agreement for each trip is between the renter and the car's owner. We provide the tools to list, book, pay for and manage rentals.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Renters must be old enough to hold a valid driving licence where self-drive is chosen. We may ask for ID and licence documents to verify you, and may suspend accounts that cannot be verified.

A booking request is confirmed only when the owner accepts it. Prices shown include the daily rate, any add-ons you choose, and applicable tax, which is collected on top of the rental.

A booking is marked Paid once the rental amount, tax and any extra charges have all been received. Deposits and balances are settled as set out in the booking summary.

Cancellation and refund windows are shown in the booking summary before you confirm. Rescheduling or extending a trip is subject to the car's availability and the owner's approval.

Owners must list only vehicles they are entitled to rent, keep registration and insurance documents current, and describe each car accurately. Listings are reviewed before they go live and may be paused or removed if they breach these terms.

Rental businesses are responsible for their staff, drivers and branches, and for the handover and return condition of their vehicles.

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to mislead other users, to interfere with the platform, or to take bookings or payments outside the platform in order to avoid fees.

Renters must use vehicles lawfully and return them in the agreed condition. Fines, tolls and damage during the rental are the renter's responsibility unless the agreement says otherwise.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a rental between a renter and an owner, or from events outside our reasonable control.
